Our client is a U.S.-based global leader in manufacturing, renowned for producing innovative products in plumbing, kitchen and bath, and power generation. With a presence in over 50 countries, our client has built a strong reputation for quality and sustainability. As part of their strategy to expand in Africa, they sought to strengthen their leadership team in Ghana to support the growing operations and long-term objectives in the region.

Challenge

Our client approached us with the challenge of recruiting a Country Manager for their Ghana operations. The ideal candidate needed to have a deep understanding of the local market while aligning with the company’s broader global objectives. The Country Manager would be tasked with not only managing operations in Ghana but also driving growth, leading teams, and contributing to the company’s expansion strategy in Africa.
