Which companies in Ghana are setting the standard for workplace culture, leadership, and long-term employee success?
People and Partners Group is leading an effort to answer that question through data that reflects the lived experiences of both employees and employers. This initiative will result in showcasing Ghana’s best private sector employers, covering both SMEs and multinational businesses.
The goal is not to promote popularity but to measure credibility. These surveys will be informed by a growing collection of questions and responses, taken directly from those who work within the system.
What This Survey Measures
This first survey looks at one simple yet powerful question:
“What are your top 10 companies to work for in Ghana?” Participants may list up to ten, in no particular order, and add reasons for their choice.
Subsequent surveys will go deeper, assessing leadership, diversity, compensation, growth opportunities, and employee satisfaction. All responses remain anonymous, and participants can opt in to receive high-level insights after the final report is published.
Why This Matters
A company’s brand is no longer just about its products or services. The internal culture, the way people are treated, and the values it upholds—these shape how the organization grows and how it is perceived.
This survey is designed to:
• Provide useful signals to job seekers
• Help employers benchmark their internal culture
• Support efforts to raise the overall quality of work environments in Ghana
It’s not about naming and shaming. It’s about identifying what works—and helping others follow suit.
